emergency by running your cars and engines to Wilmington until the
pressure at Kingsville is relieved. I will arrange with you for
payment of the work if you will undertake it and also telegraph Mr
Drane {Superintendent, Wilmington &
Manchester RR} to confer with you for immediate action. |
