| In the absence of the President N B Hill
was appointed to act as temporary Chairman and John R Woods as Secty. |
| On motion of N B Hill the following
resolutions were adopted unanimously |
| Resolved that Maj Quarter Master W. S.
Ashe having requested the Central Railroad Company to make a daily
line from Richmond to Jackson's River Depot and from Jackson's River
Depot to Richmond, that the Supt be directed to carry out the wishes
of Maj Quarter Master Ashe, and to arrange a schedule for the
running of the Mail trains accordingly |
| (Resolved further that the Supt be
directed to propose a schedule for the transportation of freight
corresponding with the above. The Supt having submitted a report and
schedule, it was ordered they be adopted |
