evidence that the Alabama & Tennessee River rail road Company has
incurred expenses in preparing to prosecute the work of constructing a
rail road between Blue Mountain Ala. and the state line in the direction
of Rome Ga. amounting in the aggregate to Twenty six thousand dollars. |
| I further certify that said Company is
making active and efficient preparations for a vigorous prosecution of
the said work. |
