Purchased 1 Passenger (First Class), 4 Express, 22 Box, 39 Platform and 8 Repair cars. Superintendent advised the Board to purchase an additional 6 Passenger, 3 Mail or Baggage, 50 Box and 40 Platform cars before the winter of 1861.
