Purchased Marietta from Central (of Georgia) Railroad.

1862

Dart received from Confederate government after being seized from the Alabama & Florida (of Florida) Railroad.

1863

In August reported that locomotive Charleston has broken down and they now had no passenger locomotive and no shops in which to make repairs. In September, were allowed to retain Dart 10 more days.

The road owned 4 locomotives.
