Bought H. W. Conner from South Carolina Railroad. In January, D. S. White's boiler exploded and it was not possible to repair it without materials being brought through the blockade.

Purchased Clarksville from Memphis, Clarksville & Louisville Railroad.

Leased #4 from Nashville & Northwestern Railroad.

1864

March 3, sold De Soto for $7,500.
