| I am invited by the Secretary
of War to attend a meeting of Rail Road men on the subject of Rail
Road Supplies the meeting to begin the twentieth day of this month at
Richmond. Shall I go or do you wish me to attend as Col Wadley has
requested at Augusta on the twenty eighth on the Salt subject please
answer by telegraph. |
