   We, the President and Treasurer of the Memphis El Paso & Pacific Rail Road Company, respectfully submit the following report of the operations of said Company for the year ending June 1st 1861, in compliance with 18th section of an "Act to regulate Rail Road Companies" approved Feb. 7th 1853.

   There being no superintendent, and the President being absent this is signed by the Vice President.
