Railroads
   The South Carolina railroad is in perfect running order throughout its whole extent.
   The Northeastern railroad is now in perfect order along the whole distance from Charleston to Florence.
   The Wilmington & Manchester railroad is completely repaired and running trains on schedule time.
   The cars on the Spartanburg & Union railroad are running daily from Spartanburg to Shelton, Fairfield District. Arrangements have been made to run a daily line of stages to some point on the Charlotte railroad, either Blackstocks or Winnsboro, the exact point to be hereafter stated.
