| Death on the Cars |
| A soldier by the name of
Anderson, of Georgia, returning home under a sick furlough, died on
the cars near Teachey's Depot, on the Wilmington & Weldon Rail
Road, on the 25th inst. His body was buried at Burgaw Depot. |
