| A semi-annual dividend will be
paid in Confederate States Treasury Notes, on the first of July. |
| Stockholders resident as
heretofore will be paid at Charlotte, Chester, Winnsboro and this
office. |
| Those whose extra stock
dividends for May, 1863, have not been paid, must apply here.
