| Change of Schedule |
| On and after today the mail
train on the N. C. Railroad will leave here at 2 p. m., and arrive at
9:15 p. m. |
| The mail train on the Char. &
S. C. Road leaves at 4:30 p. m., and arrives at 7:30 a. m. |
| The way the trains have been
running for the past week, the Richmond papers were three days old when
they reached this point. We do not know whether the new arrangement will
help the matter or not. We suppose the northern mail will be delivered,
hereafter, from the Post Office here, in the morning, instead of evening
as heretofore. |
