| The Directors having declared
a semi-annual dividend of Twelve Dollars per Share in Confederate
States Treasury notes, the same will be paid on and after the 20th
inst. Stockholders in Fairfield, Chester and York Districts and North
Carolina, will be paid at Winnsboro, Chester and Charlotte, as
heretofore. |

settlements for Stock Dividend of May, 1863, should do so at once. |
