Tearing up one Railroad Track to Build Another
Point of Rocks, Md., Sept. 12
   It is reported that the Confederates are taking up the track of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad, and using the materials for the purpose of extending the Alexandria and Loudon Railroad {Alexandria, Loudoun & Hampshire RR} in Virginia.
