Discharged

Mr. Samuel Ruth, superintendent of the Richmond and Fredericksburg railroad {Richmond, Fredericksburg & Potomac RR}, for some days confined in Castle Thunder, on the charge of conveying information to the enemy, was on yesterday examined by Commissioner Baxter, and honorably discharged, there not appearing against him the first particle of evidence. This is exactly what we expected.
