| Annual Meeting |
| The nest annual meeting of the
stockholders of the Richmond, Fredericksburg & Potomac Railroad
Company will be held at the office of the company, in the city of
Richmond, at 12 o'clock M., on Wednesday, the 16th of November, 1864. |

President of the Confederate States, appointing the day above named
for prayer and public worship, the annual meeting of this Company will
