The Petersburg Express announces the arrest of Mr. Gen. {Glen?} N. Hatch, a prominent citizen of Prince George. He was taken into custody on Tuesday, at his residence near Garysville, because he refused to pilot the enemy to the rear of "Disputanta," a station on the Norfolk & Petersburg railroad, where they hoped to capture the train which has been running to Wakefield , in the county of Sussex. Mr. Hatch boldly maintains his loyalty to the South, and is by no means intimidated by the threats of his captors.
