Change of Schedule -- Richmond & Petersburg Railroad
   On and after Monday, the 24th February, the trains on this road will run as follows:

   Mail Train.--Leaves Richmond at 4.45 A. M. daily, and Petersburg at 4.15 P. M. Freight and Accommodation Train leave Richmond daily, except Sunday,) at 6.15 A. M. and 2.45 P. M., and Petersburg at 8.55 A. M. The Mail Trains will stop only at Half-Way Station, Chester, and Fort Walthall Junction.
