| The tax due for the present year to the
Confederate States on the shares of the Capital Stock of this
Corporation , will be returned and paid by the Corporation, and under
regulations to be issued by the Secretary of the Treasury, the
respective shareholders will be exempt from the ??? or payment of this
particular tax. |
