| An accident occurred at Danville, Va., on
Sunday morning last, by which Mr. F. Beavers, of Raleigh, an engineer,
was killed. He fell from the tender of the engine, and was instantly
crushed to death {on the Piedmont RR or the
Richmond & Danville RR}. The parents and relatives of the
deceased have our sympathy in this, their sore affliction. |
