Detention of the Train on the Louisville & Nashville Railroad |

The mail train on the Louisville & Nashville Railroad due
here at five o'clock last evening, did not arrive until about ten
o'clock, the delay having been caused by the pumps on the engine
giving out at Fountain Head. An engine had to be sent for to
Gallatin before the train could be brought down. |
