The fifth installment of ten per cent., on all the Stock
Subscribed in Mecklenburg County.
|
|
The fourth installment of ten per cent., on all the Stock
subscribed at Mount Mourne, Iredell County, is made due and payable on
the 20th January, 1861. And the second installment of ten per cent.,
upon all the Stock subscribed in Statesville, is due and payable on
the 2nd day of January 1861.

By a resolution of the Directors, interest will be
charged upon all installments not paid within 20 days after they are
due.
