| At the annual meeting of the
stockholders yesterday, the old Board of Directors were reelected, and
in the afternoon, at a meeting of the Directory, the official status
of last year was re-established thus: |
| Hon. A. E. Cochran, President |
| Directors -- B. F. Ross, T. R. Bloom, Henry
Bunn, L. N. Whittle, George Walker and J. T. Blain. Arthur Dickinson,
Secretary and Treasurer. A. N. Rogers, Chief Engineer |
