| In conformity with the
charter, the annual meeting of the stockholders in the Memphis &
Ohio Railroad Company, for the purpose of electing thirteen Directors
to serve during the ensuing year, will be held at the offices of the
company in the navy yard at 11 o'clock a. m. on Monday, October 7,
1861. |
| Stockholders wishing to attend
the convention will be carried to Memphis free of charge; return
tickets will be good Tuesday and Wednesday ??? ??? the election. |
