| At a regular meeting of the
directors of the Alabama & Mississippi Rivers railroad, held on
the 25th ult., Col. James L. Price, of Uniontown, was elected
president, and J. Y. Sharpe, the then incumbent, re-elected secretary
and treasurer. |
