| Special Notice |
| Persons wishing to transport
negroes by this road will be required to furnish to ticket agents and
conductors satisfactory evidence that said negroes have leave from
their owners or legal masters to pass. |
| No negroes will be allowed on
the trains unless identified and vouched for by some reliable person. |
