| The capital stock of this
Company having been increased ONE HUNDRED PER CENT and the
stockholders having declared a Dividend of 5 per cent. on it as
increased -- said dividend will be ready for payment on the 1st day of
January 1865, in Confederate Currency of that date. Certificates of
stock for the increase will be ready for issue at the same time. |
| The transfer books of the
Company will be closed from the 15th to 31st December inclusive. |
