| Wilmington, Charlotte & Rutherford Rail Road Co. |
| A special meeting of the Stockholders of
this Company is appointed to be held in the town of Wilmington, on the
28th day of March inst., to pass upon the proposed amendments to the
charter, and for other purposes. |
| The transfer books will be closed for
thirty days from and after this date. By order. |
