| Road and Bank Dividend |
| The South Carolina Railroad Company has
declared a dividend of four dollars and fifty cents per share on the old
stock, and two dollars and twenty-five cents per share on the new stock,
for the six months ending 31st December. The Southwestern Railroad Bank
has also declared a dividend of seventy-five cents per share for the
same period. |
