Charleston & Savannah Rail Road
   Until further notice, the Passenger Trains will leave St. Andrew's, on the west side of Ashley River, at 10:45 a. m., and arrive at 1:40 p. m.
   The toll over the New Bridge, for Passengers, and Carriages conveying Passengers to and from the Cars, will be paid by this company, until the Ferry boats resume their regular trips.
   Passengers must provide passports for themselves, and also for the carriages and drivers, at the usual place.
   Freight will be received and delivered as heretofore, at the Depot of the Company in Charleston.
