The last stone upon the masonry of the {Memphis, Clarksville & Louisville RR} Tennessee River Bridge, was laid about a week ago, and the superstructure is now going up at a rapid rate. The draw span is completed and one of the permanent spans. The contractors inform us that the whole work will be finished by the middle of September, at which time trains will probably be able to pass.
