| II The officers of "Wilmington &
Weldon Rail Road," having given their consent, the Chief
Quartermaster at these Head Quarters, will cause to be constructed by
private contract, on the right of way of that Road in the town
of Goldsboro between the track of that and the "North Carolina
Road," a store house for subsistence supplies. The said house to
be about 8- feet long by 32 wide and 12 feet high, and at a cost not
exceeding $1300. |
