H Burton Supt's petition to lay a temporary track from the Macon
& W{estern} RR to the premises now
occupied for government purposes report in favor of granting the
privilege, on condition that until the removal of the Magazine no
motive power shall be used on the road. Which was adopted. 5 Sept
