  For Freight on One Hundred & Sixty Sacks Flour impressed for Gov't use from Lexington & Haw River, N. C. to Goldsboro N. C. 163 35
  Note: This flour came down on the N. C. R. Rd. and was transferred to the Wil & Wel. Road for shipment to Wilmington where it was impressed. The charges accumulated on the N. C. R. Rd and had to be paid to Agt of Wil & Wel Rd to release him from responsibility unto whom flour & charges had been transferred
