Maj Whitford says that his train which left here for
Petersburg last night can be loaded with ambulances at Petersburg.
Please have it done by his order. There were 11 cars loaded with
ambulances in stead of nine. Load up A. & No. C. {Atlantic
& North Carolina RR} train with balance of ambulances.
