Certificate of                   herewith respecting 35 wagons abandoned at Newtown & other points in the Valley of Virginia.
Satisfactory evidence of the transfer of the "93 Horses" may be found in the Vouchers Nos 2, 4 & 5 on Abstract "M" for 2nd Qtr, 1862 the property return for which quarter exhibits a surplus of 107 horses, over and above the number I am chargeable with.
