| You will please pay the Atlantic &
Gulf railroad Co. local rates for transportation of cotton as well as
all other work. They refused to include it with army supplies or make
any rate aside from that established by each Co. |
| All vouchers anterior to 1st May remaining
unsettled you will pay at Columbia rates and to the amounts resolved
service since 1st October (including any vouchers charged in those
accts of anterior dates) you will add fifty per cent (50%) according
to special contract. |
