road to connect the {Virginia} Central
Rail Road with the Richmond {James} River
is approved. I desire you to have the work done at the expense of the
Government and wish you furnish all the appliances, labor, tools etc.
And then any boats in the Richmond River; Canal Boats are very few in
number. Answer what you will do. |
