| You will please report to this office
whether in consequence of recent instructions from this office, any
passenger trains were stopped on the Columbia & Charlotte {Charlotte
& South Carolina} Rail Road? If so, whether one or both
daily trains were discontinued? for how long a period and whether one
or two daily passenger trains are now running thereon. I have received
complaints that the orders have not been executed. |
