Sir,
   In order more fully to meet the wants of General Lee's Army, you will make the following (daily) shipments of corn, viz:
   To Major Page Quarter Master, Milford's Depot, Fredericksburg 400 bushels {1 1/2 cars}
   Captain Turner Assistant Quarter Master Guinea's Station, Fredericksburg 1000 bushels  {3 1/2 cars}
   Quarter Master at Hamilton's Crossing 1800 bushels  {6 1/2 cars}. Making a daily aggregate of 3200 bushels {about 13 cars -- an entire train} to be shipped for the points indicated on the Fredericksburg Rail Road {Richmond, Fredericksburg & Potomac RR}. 
   The enclosed letter from Major Carrington you will examine; report upon and return.
