| Your application that an additional per centage of
thirty three and a third pr cent be allowed upon all transportation done
by the Richmond & York River RR heretofore as well as that to be done
hereafter has been considered and I state in reply thereto that the
additional pr centage upon freight transported for the Government, as
asked for, will be allowed, is that in the allowance which has been made
to the Richmond & Petersburg RR |
