| Yours of 20th Dec. 1864 has been received,
& I am instructed by the QMGenl to say to you , that you must endeavor
to make use of the 6 per cent Bonds in payment of indebtedness as far
as possible, especially in your payments to R. Road companies. If you
need more of the Bonds telegraph for them |
