| Replies to Qr Mr Genls telegram of this
date stating no cars of C&SC RRd {Charlotte &
South Carolina RR} are detained at this place and requesting that
Capt Sharp be instructed to send no more sugar & rice from Columbia at
present and have them stored and put in good shipping as his force and
storage is not sufficient for them. |
