| Stating Capt Talcott
{Superintendent, Richmond & Danville RR} has proposed to him to
furnish transpn to Govt wood, if he would haul wood for RR with Govt
teams, after which arrangement had been partially consented he
recd within order & asks instruction now on this point. |
