Prest Charlotte & S. C. R. Rd. a letter from Q M Genl, instructing him
(E) to audit and settle the a/cs of his (J) road, asks that the sum of
fifty five thousand Dollars $55,000 be sent him to meet that and other
payments for month of April 1863. |
