| I have respectfully to request that
after this date you will require all ordnance stores for which
transportation is required either upon rail road
{Virginia & Tennessee RR} or otherwise
from this point to be regularly invoiced to you before the
transportation is furnished in kind. And I further enjoin it upon
you not to furnish transportation to any special messenger or agent
from this Ordnance Department whose orders are not signed or
approved by the Chief of Ordnance of this Department. |
