   B. H. Holms of 1st Kentucky Cavalry Regiment, about 700 strong, stationed near Tuscumbia, requires provisions.
   The rail road agent says the trains {Memphis & Charleston RR} to that point have been withdrawn, and that he cannot start them, without orders. Please inform me in what manner the Regiment is to be provisioned.
