| On the 19 Jany last Mr D C Smith a
machinist in Capt Timmons Co was detailed for thirty days service in
our machine shop his time proving nearly expired I would most
respectfully ask that we be allowed his service for sixty days
further as it is impossible to employ machinists they all being in
the army his services is very important to us to enable us to keep
our Locomotives in order |
