Hon. W S Oldham

Dear Sir,
Not seeing you again in Brenham I addressed you a note and dropped it in the Post Office which I hope you received.
In which I said that I had given a like memorandum to the Hon. F B Taylor Y had requested him to consult you on the subject                , thinking you might infer that I did not desire you to act on the matter until Mr. Sextons ??ual and it occurring that he will not take his seat until late in February            I address you now with the hope that you will as soon as it is in your power to do so, give your attention to the matter, as it is all important that our Road shall have the Iron speedily.
I Remain Very Truly
Yr Friend & obt Svt
