H. D. Whitcomb Supt. Va. Central R. Rd. dated Richmond May 29th '63
desiring that seven (7) men be sent to him to load the cars with iron,
also, asks that a manager be sent him. Will have a train ready by
Monday week -- will arrange price with N. & M. Bureau. |

hands to report to Mr. Whitcomb for duty early on Monday morning the
